Dresser Wayne Broadens  Fuel Retailer Service in Central and Eastern Europe through Acquisitions and Agreements with Rohe® Holding

Capability Expanded in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Slovakia.

AUSTIN, Texas (October 27, 2009) – Dresser Wayne (, a global leader in vehicle energy dispensing technologies, today announced the acquisition of the Rohe subsidiaries in Poland, Hungary, and Czech Republic. Dresser Wayne also intends to complete the acquisition of the shares owned by A. Rohe Holding in Rohe Slovakia and Bach-Rohe in Switzerland over the coming weeks.

“We made this acquisition as part of our strategy to further expand our global presence,” said Neil H. Thomas, Global President, Dresser Wayne. “We see Rohe as a great fit with our existing operations and it will enable us to expand and strengthen our aftermarket service coverage across Central and Eastern Europe.”

Dresser also announced its intention to gradually rebrand the Rohe operations to Dresser Wayne.
