Dresser Wayne and Johnson Controls to Service Shell Germany Retailers

LONDON (December 7, 2009) - Dresser Wayne (, a global leader in vehicle energy dispensing technologies, and Johnson Controls ( have entered an agreement to deliver maintenance services to the Royal Dutch Shell plc ( network of petrol stations throughout Germany. The multi-year agreement will add more than 1,600 new stations to the Dresser Wayne global network of retail fuels maintenance locations.

“This agreement greatly enhances customer support in Germany and complements our recent acquisition of the former Rohe subsidiaries in Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia,” said Neil H.
